Chris O’Shea, chief executive of Centrica, didn’t mince his words on LinkedIn, warning that Britain’s move to a net zero power grid “will NOT materially reduce UK electricity prices”.
While renewables might stop future price spikes caused by global gas chaos, O’Shea made it crystal clear: don’t expect your bills to come down.
