Magashule's lawyer to cross-examine witness
There is a significant development in the high-profile asbestos roof removal case, Judge Phillip Loubser has allowed Ace Magashule’s lawyer, Laurence Hodes, to cross-examine a state witness in the trial – but only on the issue of the court’s jurisdiction. The defence argues that Magashule’s former assistant, Moroadi Cholota, was coerced into implicating him and that her extradition was unlawful.
