Man charged for pushing shopping cart into rider in Toronto bike lane
Members of the Toronto community are expressing anger and sadness after a video circulating online appears to show an intentional attack on a cyclist on Danforth Avenue.
The incident occurred Tuesday morning, and violence against cyclists is a sight some say has only gotten more common recently.
