Manhunt continues for seven inmates still on the run following escape from New Orleans prison
There are seven prisoners who are on the run in the US city of New Orleans after escaping their cells.
The group of originally 10 people – some of whom are wanted for murder and other violent crimes – fled the jail through a hole in the wall hidden behind a toilet before scaling the prison wall.
However, it took hours for the guards to realise anyone was missing.
The escapees wrote on the wall of the cell a taunt to the prison guards: “To easy LOL.”
