Manslaughter trial begins for 2 men who allegedly intervened in Scarborough bar fight
The trial has begun for two men charged with manslaughter in Toronto, following a 2022 incident in which they allegedly intervened in a bar fight.
The manager of a Scarborough Jack Astors testified that the pair tried to help him when he was attacked by a customer nearly three years ago.
Thirty-two-year-old Frank Herbalis died in hospital from injuries he sustained in the fight.
