Matatiele communities angry over murders
The office of the National Director of Public Prosecutions has closed the alleged sexual assault case of a seven-year-old Matatiele schoolgirl.
The prosecuting authority says insufficient evidence is the reason it concluded its investigation.
The seven-year-old was allegedly raped on the 14th of October last year at Bergview College in the Eastern Cape, while waiting for her transport home.
