Mayor Nkosindiphile Xhakaza gives an update on Tembisa Hospital fire
The Gauteng Department of Health confirms that a fire has broken out in the Accident and Emergency Unit of Tembisa Hospital.
Firefighters and Gauteng EMS are currently on site handling the situation.
All patients in the Accident and Emergency Unit have been safely evacuated to a secure area within the hospital.
