Meet Violeta, the young spider monkey rescued from a California home
A young female spider monkey is now in the care of the Oakland Zoo in California after being rescued from a home during a drug bust earlier this month. The 18-month-old, dubbed Violeta, is part of a critically endangered species that is often illegally trafficked across the U.S. southern border.
