‘More detail’ needed over Labor’s healthcare announcement
Independent Member for Warringah Zali Steggall has said she is wanting to see “more detail” about Labor’s new health care announcement.
Labor is doubling down on health, promising Australians will have access to free after-hours Telehealth services.
The independent member has questions around how the service will be rolled out and who it will apply to.
“Will it be just GPs, will it include nurse practitioners?” Ms Stegall said.
“I think it is essential, though, that Australians have access to health services no matter where they are or their circumstances.”
