Mum returns to Gazan flat where her son was blown across the roof by an Israeli missile | ITV News
In these few seconds of video of a six year old Gazan boy, the cruelty of the conflict in Gaza was captured.
Ali Faraj lost his father and all five of his sisters when the family’s flat, and most of those he loved, were blown to pieces by an Israeli missile. He was blown across to the roof of a neighbouring building, where he was seen desperately waving for help.
A local cameraman working for ITV New filmed his mother’s return to the place the family once knew as home.
She said: “I didn’t expect the destruction to be like this.” ITV News Senior International Correspondent reports.
