N Cape Health Dept procures 22 ambulances
The Northern Cape Department of Health has procured 22 ambulances to help improve the response time to emergencies. But some frustrated residents in Kimberley say they are not convinced that the state-of-the-art ambulances, will put an end to their suffering. Residents have, for many years, decried poor response time when they need assistance.
