The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is optimistic that the annual Splash Festival will help stimulate the local economy during the Easter period.
The four-day festival is currently underway in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, and is expected to attract significant crowds.
Mayoral Committee Member for Sports, Recreation, Arts and Culture, Sinebhoongo Kwatsha, says the event includes a variety of attractions that promote local economic activity and community engagement.
