North West CPA's internal squabbles
The department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development in the North West province has acknowledged that it has not been monitoring Community Property Association properly.Many CPAs across the North West province are in the state of disarray, allegedly, due to infighting and financial mismanagement.
The 5254 hectare land was bought by government for beneficiaries, at a value of 39 Million Rand. Another 9-Point-5 Million Rand was used to buy beneficiaries cattle and farming equipments.
