Omotoso's failed rape case | Probe into the prosecution teams involved
National Director of Public Prosecutions, advocate Shamila Batohi, says two investigations are underway into the prosecution teams involved in the televangelist Timothy Omotoso’s failed rape case. She also reiterated that the National Prosecuting Authority intended to appeal the acquittal ruling in the matter. Batohi briefed the Justice Portfolio Committee on the Omotoso case.
