Opposition Spokesman on Energy, Phillip Paulwell, is demanding a seat at the table as the government prepares to communicate its intentions to the Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) regarding the way forward in July. Paulwell insists the current monopoly in the energy sector must be dismantled and is calling for a renewed push to return power to the people.
