Opposition’s federal election error was in ‘not considering the individual’: Bishop
Former speaker of the house Bronwyn Bishop discusses how the Coalition and Liberal Party did not do enough to be “considering the individual” in the federal election.
“There should have been a focus on … unrealised capital gains tax was coming, and it should have been, ‘axe this tax’ … the petrol tax was excellent and should have been for the entire first period of that election,” Ms Bishop said.
In tonight’s episode of Danica and James, the two hosts are joined by former speaker of the house Bronwyn Bishop and Sky News contributor Gary Hardgrave to discuss the election fallout.
