‘Our thoughts are with his family’: Prime Minister’s statement on Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis
A spokesperson for Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has released a statement on his behalf following the news of former US president Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis.
Mr Biden’s office revealed in a statement that the former president had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, which has spread to the bone.
“We are saddened to hear this news, and our thoughts are with his family,” the spokesperson said.
