Instead of "no analogues", wooden models of equipment, tractors and buggies were carried there.<br />While Russian dictator Vladimir Putin was bragging in Moscow about weapons that have "no analogues", regional parades were closer to the real state of the Russian army.<br /><br />The demonstration in Yakut Amga, which took place at the local stadium, was indicative. At the head of the column were men dressed in military uniforms, followed by "military equipment": a car decorated with balloons with a model of a gun on a trailer, as well as models of a tank, an armored car, a missile system, and even an airplane. The latter was carried by a UAZ. All the models were made so crudely that the audience could not hold back their loud laughter. Buggies and ATVs were shown at a military parade in Khabarovsk. It should be noted that the Russian army, in the 4th year of aggression against Ukraine, having suffered huge losses in equipment, was forced to switch to civilian transport. The occupiers storm the settlements and villages on mopeds, scooters and kick scooters. The mass use of horses and donkeys by the Russians at the front line for transporting goods has also been recorded .<br />Recall, Russian Armed Forces' shortage of military equipment is pushing the occupiers to experiments that stagger the imagination. Russia has depleted much of its Soviet-era military-industrial stockpile, with remaining equipment in poor condition. The Russian military has lost more than half of its available equipment, and unless an unexpected shift occurs, hostilities could gradually fade by late 2025 or early 2026 due to a shortage of tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery. The Insider reported that both Russian and Ukrainian forces are primarily losing Soviet-era equipment, with Russian losses now accounting for about 50% of its total stock. Much of the remaining equipment in storage is in poor technical condition, making it unlikely to be repaired and deployed to the front lines. Moscow is also reportedly facing production limitations. The only infantry fighting vehicle in large-scale production remains the BMP-3, with 463 units produced in 2023.
