Police dog selflessly takes down robber
K9 Night has survived a life-threatening fight with a robber. In the early hours of Monday morning, the dog and his handler were called out to a housebreaking and found the suspect still inside. When Night caught him, he fought back, grabbing the dog’s choke chain and forcing its head onto a broken window, cutting its throat and neck. eNCA’s Nceba Ntlanganiso filed this report.
