Police provide update after Vancouver vehicle attack that left 9 dead, multiple injured | LIVE
The Vancouver Police Department will speak to media on Sunday after a deadly incident in Vancouver Saturday night when a driver drove his vehicle into a crowd of people at the Lapu Lapu festival.
Vancouver Police Department confirm that at least nine people are dead, including a child, and at least six others are injured.
Both Carney and Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre expressed solidarity with the Filipino community on Sunday in the wake of the attack.
A 30-year-old Vancouver man was arrested at the scene. Police said the suspect was known to them.
