Putin and Trump not attending ceasefire talks with Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump have both confirmed their absence from high-level ceasefire negotiations in Turkey today.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also said he wanted a face-to-face meeting but would wait for confirmation of his Russian counterpart’s attendance before committing his delegation.
President Trump was on the list but has since declined the invitation to visit Turkey.
