Putin pulls out of meeting with Zelenskyy
Russian President Vladimir Putin will not travel to Istanbul, Türkiye today for direct talks with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. A delegation named by Putin to travel to the talks reportedly includes seasoned negotiators, but not the President himself. We cross now to SABC News Correspondent Dasha Chernyshova in Moscow.
