Rayno Nel wins the World's Strongest Man competition
Former Cheetahs rugby player Rayno Nel has made history by becoming the first African to win the World’s Strongest Man competition, edging out defending champion Tom Stoltman in a dramatic finish in California.
The 30-year-old South African claimed the title in Sacramento by just half a point, toppling three-time winner Stoltman in what was the first victory by a rookie at the event since 1997.
Rayno now joins us in studio to tell us more about his victory.
