Record flooding across NSW | ABC NEWS
Dozens of people are trapped and some 16,000 more are expected to be isolated by floodwater on the New South Wales Mid North Coast as the Manning River reaches record flood levels.
Rainfall totals of more than 200 millimetres have been recorded in less than 24 hours in some parts of the state.
More flooding is expected in parts of the Mid North Coast and Hunter Valley, with residents urged to exercise continued caution.
