Regional women see ‘range’ of adverse effects from abortion pill lacking medical support
Women’s Forum Australia’s Stephanie Bastiaan discusses the range of adverse effects from regional women taking the medical abortion pill without the “necessary medical support”.
“Women in regional areas will be given access to the pill without the necessary medical support in the case of adverse events,” Ms Bastiaan told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“One in ten women have had serious adverse health events to taking the medical abortion pill.”
