Reserve Bank Governor says G20 processes should be improved
South African Reserve Bank Governor, Lesetja Kganyago, has suggested narrowing the agenda and establishing better processes for the G20 for it to reclaim its impact.
Kganyago delivered the keynote address at an event in Washington for the 2025 Spring Meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, alongside the G20 Finance Track Ministers and Central Bank Governors’ meeting.
He says streamlining priorities would encourage solutions-driven dialogue and help to navigate the current global challenges.
