SADC's efforts to preserve biodiversity
Senior government officials and conservationists from SADC member countries are meeting in Zimbabwe’s capital Harare, to discuss the region’s efforts to preserve biodiversity, strengthen cross-border conservation initiatives and the promotion of eco-tourism in the region.
The SADC Transfrontier Conservation Areas (TFCA) International summit brings together decision-makers, conservation leaders and technical experts with the aim of addressing the urgent threats to the region’s biodiversity, including climate change.
