School coaches from 6 counties complete 7-day training organized by the Kenya Academy of Sports
School coaches in different sporting disciplines from six counties have benefited from a 7-day training program courtesy of the Kenya Academy Of Sports.
The intensive training, held at Kwanthanze Secondary School in machakos town, brought together coaches from Nairobi, Machakos, Kitui, Makueni, Kajiado, and Kiambu counties. It focused on equipping games teachers with modern coaching techniques across multiple disciplines, including rugby, soccer, volleyball, basketball, athletics, and hockey. The overall goal of the programme is to boost the quality of coaching in schools.
