Second power outage at busy New Jersey airport
A power outage at New Jersey’s Newark airport is putting even more pressure on lawmakers to approve a new plan to upgrade America’s outdated air traffic control system.
It’s the second time the system has gone down in a few weeks, creating hour-long delays.
The last outages happened at about 4 am local time on Friday and lasted about 90 seconds.
