‘Sow the seeds of uncertainty’: Albanese’s ‘tactic’ visiting Dutton’s electorate
Former Queensland Liberal premier Campbell Newman discusses Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s “tactic” to visit Opposition Leader Peter Dutton’s electorate one day before the election.
“There’s a bit of cheek about it, but It’s also a tactic and the tactic is to sow the seeds of uncertainty,” Mr Newman told Sky News host Steve Price.
“What they’re trying to do is say ‘hey, this guy could lose’.
“The Labor Party combine those sorts of outright lies with personal degradation of Peter Dutton.”
