Doctors at Universitas Academic Hospital in Bloemfontein will now be able to detect abnormalities in newborn babies and find ways to deal with them early. This follows the launch of an innovative Research Room focusing on enhancing maternal and child health including premature babies. The machines are situated near the hospital’s maternity and neonatal ward.
