The Coalition’s costings will recover Labor’s ‘wasteful spending’
Shadow Home Affairs and Cyber Security Minister James Paterson has announced the Coalition’s costings will be released on Thursday by Shadow Treasurer Angus Taylor and Shadow Finance Minister Jane Hume.
“The budget will be $10 billion stronger under a Peter Dutton Coalition government over the next four years because we’ll rein in Labor’s wasteful spending,” Mr Paterson told Sky News Australia.
“Frankly, Australians are paying far too much in a cost-of-living crisis for a federal government.
“We’ll put back in place those good fiscal rules, those good budget guidelines, to make sure we get our country and our budget back on track.”
