‘Too far to the left’: Sussan Ley will ‘lose members’ due to political alignment
One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson reflects on Sussan Ley’s appointment as Leader of the Liberal Party, stating she’s “too far” to the left.
“Let’s see how it goes with it, she’s been put in that position by her party members, congratulations to Sussan,” Ms Hanson told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“I think they’re all going to be licking their wounds over what’s happened and try and find a way forward, but I just feel she’s too far to the left, she’s going to lose a lot of the members from the Liberal Party.
“There are too many moderates in the party, they will keep dragging them back to the left of politics.”
