Trapped and starving: Gaza faces bleak reality amid Israeli blockade
For more than two months, Israel’s closure of border crossings into Gaza has severely restricted the entry of vital humanitarian aid. Food, medicine and other supplies provided by international relief agencies have been depleted, leaving Gaza residents in a humanitarian crisis that deepens by the day. For many, going without enough food and lacking access to basic medicine has become a grim part of daily life.
