Trump tries not to criticise Russia so they ‘come to the table’
Former Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger has claimed US President Donald Trump is trying not to criticise Russia so they “come to the table” and “agree with a peace deal”.
“Trump is trying not to criticise the Russians publicly because he needs the Russians to come to the table and agree with a peace deal,” Mr Kroger told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“It’s not going as well as he thought it would go.”
