Two arrested as powder is thrown on Tower Bridge during London Marathon
Pro-Palestinian demonstrators have narrowly avoided throwing powder over a group of runners competing in the London Marathon.
A video shared by Youth Demand, which is calling for a trade embargo on Israel, shows two people jumping over a barrier that separates spectators from the course.
They then hurl powder into the air as several runners in the elite men’s race approach.
Two people have been arrested.
