Ukraine accuses Russia of breaking ceasefire as Moscow holds WWII victory parade | ITV News
Today President Putin basked in the reflected glory of Russia’s mightiest Victory Day parade since he launched the invasion of Ukraine three years ago.
Leaders including China’s President Xi Jinping were in Moscow to watch the display of troops and armaments, commemorating victory over Nazi Germany 80 years ago.
But at the same time, Ukraine’s President unveiled a different show of strength as tomorrow, for the first time since the invasion, European leaders from the so called “coalition of the willing” will meet in Kyiv tomorrow.
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, France’s President Emmanuel Macron and Germany’s Chancellor Friedrich Merz will be among those gathering for talks in the Ukrainian capital.
