That is why the Russian command decided to redistribute the resources of the 1st Tank Army. Some part will remain in the area that they were able to capture and hold, and some part will go to the Kupyansk direction and directly to Limanskoye to reinforce the 20th Combined Arms Army. "And here is the most interesting thing. The distribution to the Kupyansk direction is, to put it mildly, not very effective. They sent some units to support the 69th motorized rifle division on the right bank of the Oskol River, but there is no global result. For them, the right bank of the Cherny Zherebets River looks more productive," Kovalenko said.<br />Earlier, Alexander Kovalenko voiced a fact that testifies to the weakness of the Russian army. He said that Ukrainian Defense Forces recently carried out a successful counterattack in the Udachnoye area, which forced Russian troops to abandon some positions. Similar counterattacks also took place in the Uspenovka area, north of the Solena River, in the direction of the village of Solenoye. As for Uspenovka itself, as of today, the Russians are trying to put as much pressure on this small village as possible and go beyond its western streets. "But look at this village. What is it like? It used to be a village of six streets, but now it is all ruins. Nevertheless, Russian troops have not been able to take control of Uspenovka for quite a long time," the expert emphasized.
