Ukrainian assassination demonstrates they still have reach in Russia
Former US Army vice chief of staff general Jack Keane discusses the Ukrainian assassination of a Russian general in Moscow.
“I think the Ukrainians do that, more than any other reason is to demonstrate that they still have reach,” Mr Keane told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“They’re trying to certainly remind people in Russia … there really is a war going on.
“Putin, he certainly doesn’t want to disturb the middle class that lives there and certainly not the elites.”
