Ukrainian president to attend meeting in Istanbul
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukraine will attend a meeting in Istanbul today proposed by Russia.
The meeting comes a day after Ukraine launched a drone strike thousands of kilometres into Russia which it said had destroyed dozens of strategic bombers.
