    Rising insolvency crisis in Kenya’s public universities is threatening to paralyse learning in the institutions of higher learning. The institutions are drowning with a 72.2 billion shillings debt burden, with the University of Nairobi, Kenyatta and Technical university topping the list of highest defaulters.
