US Supreme Court seemingly split on birthright citizenship
Centre of the American Experiment President John Hinderaker has discussed the US Supreme Court’s recent deliberations involving US President Donald Trump’s effort to end birthright citizenship.
“There are two separate issues here. The substantive issue is whether the children of illegal immigrants born in America are necessarily American citizens,” Mr Hinderaker told Sky News Senior Reporter Caroline Marcus.
“That is very controversial.”
