Vancouver police provide update on Lapu-Lapu Day festival tragedy
Vancouver police are providing an update on the Lapu-Lapu Day festival tragedy after 11 people, aged 5 to 65, were killed and dozens more were injured. In a press conference on Monday it was confirmed that nine of the 11 victims were female, 2 were male.
