Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia is not serious about a ceasefire
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims the delegation Russia sent to peace talks in Turkey shows the country is not serious about a ceasefire.
The meeting is the first direct negotiations between the two countries in more than three years.
But Vladimir Putin is not attending, despite Ukraine’s President challenging him to meet face to face.
