On the morning of April 17, 2025, President Xi Jinping concluded his state visit to Malaysia. It was his second visit to the country in 12 years, marking an important milestone in elevating China-Malaysia relations.
CGTN’s stringer visited Selangor, Malaysia, to hear local perspectives on trade cooperation between the two countries. Local resident Norehan Binti Hussin said, “I have to say many of the products I have at home are made in China, so I do consume Chinese products.” Others also expressed that the close trade ties between China and Malaysia are mutually beneficial.
