WSU | High court halts WSU students evictions
The judge has resolved to interdict the university from evicting the students, but also issued an order interdicting the students from vandalising university property.
This interdict for students is by agreement of all legal counsel as we’ve heard.
So tonight, students will breathe a sigh of relief.
The University’s legal representative has been given the opportunity to share what they would wish an interdict to include if the court were to grant an order interdicting the students from vandalising.
