‘You don’t control me’: David Crisafulli stands up to the UN over youth justice laws
Sky News host Rowan Dean has praised Queensland Premier David Crisafulli for standing up to the United Nations.
This comes after two United Nations-associated human rights experts weighed in on the Sunshine State’s new youth justice laws, describing them as “incompatible with basic child rights”.
Mr Crisafulli hit back with his own message, saying: “You don’t control me, and I don’t answer to you; I answer to Queenslanders.”
